Our Agreement With You

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using services from Sicurezza Antincendio Lombarda. When you ask us to design, install, or maintain your fire safety system in Milan, you agree to these terms. We keep things straightforward. This helps us both know what to expect. Think of it as the clear guidelines for keeping your place safe.

What We Do

We provide fire safety services in Milan and the Lombardy area. This includes planning out fire systems, putting them in (installation), and checking them regularly (maintenance). We also handle emergency lighting and exit signs. We do our best to make sure your system works and meets all Italian safety rules. We aim for solid, dependable protection.

Your Part

To help us do our job right, we need you to do a few things. You need to give us accurate information about your building and any specific needs. You also need to allow us access when we need to work on the system. If there are any issues with the system, please tell us right away. Keeping us informed helps us help you better.

How Payment Works

We will give you a clear quote for our services before we start any work. Our prices are fair for the quality of work we do here in Milan. Payments are due as agreed in your service contract. If there are any delays in payment, we might need to pause our services until things are sorted. We accept standard payment methods.

If Plans Change

If you need to change or cancel a service, please tell us as soon as you can. We understand things happen. Depending on how far along the project is, there might be fees for materials ordered or work already done. We'll always talk to you first to find the fairest way forward.

Our Promise

We stand by our work. We guarantee that our installations are done professionally and use quality materials, as per Italian standards. If a problem comes up due to our work, we will fix it. Equipment itself usually comes with its own manufacturer's warranty. We'll make sure you understand these details.

What We're Not Responsible For

While we work hard to keep your property safe, we are not responsible for damage caused by things outside our control. This includes natural disasters, acts of vandalism, or issues with your building that are not related to our fire system work. We are also not responsible for issues if you don't follow our advice for system use or maintenance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services we provide.

Italian Law Applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, specifically the regulations applicable in Milan and the Lombardy region. If there's ever a disagreement, we hope to solve it amicably. Any legal disputes would be handled in the courts of Milan.
